How to Plan and Prep for Days 8-14

I know, I know…the book plans for 8 days at a time for the rest of the month but I just don’t roll that way! Plus you will notice that I have changed up the book menus quite a bit. Feel free to follow along with me or stick with the week’s menu outlined in the book
Sunday prep
- Spring Roll Chicken Salad with Asian Dressing – pack separately for lunch tomorrow
- Wash, dry and store romaine lettuce
- Rice fresh cauliflower
- Make 1/2 Chimichurri recipe

Monday
